This work uses this network to evaluate the competitiveness of urban tourism, which can overcome the defects of traditional BP network. Third, this work conducts systematic experiments on the IPSO-BP method, and the experimental results confirm the superiority of this method in the evaluation of urban tourism competitiveness.
