VRT has the greatest impact on the teaching philosophy of PE teachers and the least impact on teachers’ teaching management. After the application of VRT, the number of students who independently engage in PE and sports has increased by more than 20%, and the students’ interest in sports learning and sports has increased. Finally, the application of VRT in the PE of the five schools accounted for 25%, 21%, 11%, 35%, and 30%, respectively. The application of VRT will also indirectly affect the quality of PE in universities.
