Erythropoietin (EPO) is able to stimulate angiogenesis and mitosis, activating vascularization and cell cycle. The aim of our study was to investigate whether two biosimilar recombinant human erythropoietins, EPO- α和EPO-Z,可以在烧伤的实验模型促进这些进程。 EPO- α引起的与车辆和EPO-Z(比较蛋白D1 / CDK6和细胞周期蛋白E / CDK2表达增加 p <0.001 )。
